Mr. Joseph is an experienced investment professional with diverse contacts within Israeli and European financial circles. Mr. Joseph studied at the European Business School, Regent's College in London and at Mercy College in New York where he received a BSc in Business Administration.

Mr. Carni has over 34 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry throughout Israel and North America. Mr. Carni has held various executive positions in the "Agis Group", a leading Israeli pharmaceutical group. Mr Carni served as President and CEO of Clay Park Labs in New York for more than10 years. An industrial engineer by training, Mr. Carni holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, Israel.

Mr. Febrer-Bowen has over 18 years experience in the investment banking industry, with a particular focus on capital raising and initial public offerings. He is currently a Managing Director and Head of Middle East and North Africa as well as Germany and Austria within the Equity Capital Markets Group of Barclays Capital. Prior to his appointment at Barclays Capital, Mr. Febrer-Bowen spent 9 years at UBS Investment Bank, most recently as Managing Director and Head of MENA, Spain and Portugal Equity Capital Markets. Over the years, his experience in the equity capital markets has included transactions across sectors such as Healthcare, Technology, Financials, Transportation, Chemicals, Telecommunications and Industrials. Mr. Febrer-Bowen is a registered representative of the Financial Services Authority in the UK and a graduate of the European Business School in London.

Amir is the President and CEO of Electronics Line 3000 since 2005. Prior to joining Electronics Line 3000 Ltd., Amir had many high-level business-related leadership roles in the Israeli government, including the Director General of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Director General of the Israeli Export Institute, and an Economic Advisor to the Minister of Industry and Trade. Hila Karah has been the CIO of Eurotrust Ltd. since 2006. Ms. Karah has been a private and public equity investor in several high-tech, bio-tech and internet companies since 1999. Prior to her joining Eurotrust, she served as a partner financial analyst at Perceptive Life Sciences Ltd.; a New York based hedge fund. Prior to her position at Perceptive, Ms. Karah was a research analyst at Oracle Partners Ltd.; a health care focused Connecticut based hedge fund. She has BA in molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has studied at the UCB-UCSF JMP.
